Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Boost, we currently offer local delivery only within a 60-mile radius of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We do not currently ship nationwide or outside of our approved local delivery zone.

Delivery Area

Boost delivers to eligible addresses within approximately 60 miles of Fort Lauderdale, FL. This may include parts of Broward County, Miami-Dade County, Palm Beach County, and surrounding South Florida areas, depending on distance, driver availability, and local delivery conditions.

At checkout, customers must enter a valid delivery address. Orders outside our delivery area may be rejected, canceled, or refunded.

Adults 21+ Only

Boost products are intended for adults 21 years of age or older. Florida law prohibits the sale of hemp extract products to anyone under 21.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if age cannot be verified.

Delivery Times

Local delivery times may vary based on order volume, driver availability, weather, traffic, and customer location. Orders are typically processed during normal business hours.

Estimated delivery windows are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Frozen Product Handling

Boost is a frozen product and should be received promptly. Customers are responsible for being available during the delivery window or making approved arrangements in advance.

Once delivered, Boost should be placed in a freezer immediately. We are not responsible for melting, spoilage, or product quality issues caused by missed deliveries, delayed pickup, incorrect delivery information, or failure to store the product properly after delivery.

Delivery Requirements

To complete delivery, the recipient may be required to:

  • Be physically present at the delivery address.
  • Show a valid government-issued photo ID proving they are 21+.
  • Accept the order directly from the driver.
  • Confirm that the delivery address matches the order information.

We do not deliver to schools, government buildings, correctional facilities, PO boxes, mail forwarding services, or any location where delivery would be restricted or inappropriate.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If we are unable to complete a delivery because the customer is unavailable, underage, unable to provide valid ID, provided an incorrect address, or otherwise cannot receive the order, the order may be subject to a failed delivery fee.

Because Boost is a frozen consumable product, failed delivery orders may not be eligible for a refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to update a delivery address or cancel an order.

Once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or assigned for delivery, changes and cancellations may not be available.

Refunds & Replacement

Due to the nature of frozen consumable products, all sales are generally final once an order has been prepared or delivered.

We may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion if the product arrives damaged, incorrect, or unusable due to an issue caused by Boost. Customers may be required to provide photos and order details within 24 hours of delivery.

Compliance

Boost products are intended for lawful adult use only. Products must be used responsibly and kept out of reach of children and pets.

Florida hemp extract products intended for human consumption are subject to state requirements, including age restrictions and compliance standards. Florida law and guidance also address issues such as permitting, product compliance, packaging, testing, and sales to consumers 21+.
